I am one relieved, and grateful, customer...

I spent a week trying to fix a failed home network, and by the time I gave up and called Michael I had five separate issues which were keeping me from working. Within 90 minutes he had everything running again and my nervous breakdown was sudeenly a thing of the past. He was quick, deliberate and asked all the right questions. THANK YOU!

Michael was literally was on the way out of the door to his vacation when 15 minutes of phone assistance rescued my computer from paralizing crashes and lost internet connection. He's great.

incredible job

When my computer was crippled by spyware just as I was finishing a book, Mike saved both the book and the computer, and in the process, he patiently taught me how to back up my work (and convinced me of the wisdom of doing so when my entire livliehood was at stake.) He is an extremely soothing presence, and goes way above and beyond the call of duty in his follow-up help and advice. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Mike was recommended by an attorney I work closely with. I do real estate and my laptop is an intricate part of my business. He was able to help at a moment's notice, fix my computer, installed a great virus protection program which has worked incredibly and always been of help. He even helped me while away on vacation. amazing work

Mike is incredible. My lap top died suddenly, taking all of the research for my dissertation with it (not to mention other documents, pictures, music, etc.). Mike not only repaired my computer to like-new condition, he also managed to salvage all of my data - in the end I lost nothing, truly amazing. Moreover, he stayed in contact while he worked on the computer - updating me on the repair and involving me in decisions about the process. Needless to say, this came as a tremendous comfort in the face of potentially losing significant amounts of research. I can't recommend Mike highly enough!

A true life saver!

What can I say about Micheal. He has only saved me from hours of being lost and losing my hair over it three times. And everytime, I have walked away satisfied. He is smart, friendly and tries hard to meet your needs as fast as possible. The Best!!!!

Highly recommend Michael for any home computing set-ups or problems. Prompt, efficient, and really friendly. Best of all he doesn't talk down to you like most computer techs. Price is great - well worth it.
