Mike is as good as it gets!

I recently had a computer emerrgency, so I contacted Mike. He responded extremely quickly, came by, and did what had to be done to cure my computer. He is the computer genius; his price is great and he is completely trustworthy. I highly recommend him!!!

Mike is the MAN!

Mike is the MAN! I just bought a new computer thinking that all was well with the world. But, Mike improved the performance of my system even more and got rid of unnecessary items. He makes great recommendations on hardware, software and apps--I've followed all of them and could not be happier.

Mike rescues me when I'm lost

I was in a fix and called Mike and he helped me right away. After I spent an hour filling in a questionnaire I inadvertently closed the document without saving the changes I had made. I called Mike and in five minutes he walked me through going to the recycling bin and retrieveing my document even though I only remembered one word of the name of the document. Thank you Mike!

If you are over 50, have the i.q. of a nit when trying to figure out what is the trouble with your internet service, router and OIPS, Mike is the man to call. He has been extraordinarily prompt and reliable on a number of occasions, usually responding in person within a day or less. He is particularly adept at instructing computer illiterate senior citizen types like us. Wonderful service, very nice guy and worth every penny. Recommended without qualification.

Hire Mike Now...the PC Whisperer

Hi. I'd reached the end of my patience with my home PC. It was slow, would turn off whenever it was tired or bored, etc. Was ready to plunk down thousands on a nwe one. BUT I FOUND MIKE. He turned my "dog" into a winner! Great guy, very pleasant. When in doubt, hire mike to turn a fair situation into a great one.

I recommend Mike with great applause. He has been a complete lifesaver -- effective, responsive, always fair. I have been a client for over a year, and have relied on Mike to troubleshoot various problems, install a wireless connection between mine and our kids' computer, resolve printing problems, upload and organize digital pictures, make recommendations for spyware, software and hardware. Mike was recommended to me by a most trusted friend, so i already felt quite confident that when he came out to my home to troubleshoot my computer problems, I would be in good hands. I called him on a Saturday night, and he was willing to come out that Monday...for a new client, I would call that extremely responsive and service oriented. Mike is patient, kind and never made this less than computer savvy person feel like an idiot. He found my problem in a systematic manner and promptly fixed it. Another thing I find quite refreshing and admirable are Mike's professional ethics. He inquired about my budgetary concerns instead of assuming that money was no object. Mike is terrific. He has located and fixed computer problems on our Dell system that even the Dell technician gave up on. He has cheerfully and patiently answered our myriad computer-illiterate questions and concerns, and has shown us how to upgrade our computer. Also, his rates are very reasonble.
