I Like Mike

Although I am somewhat computer savvy myself and have, in the past, run IT departments, I still count on Mike to get me out of a jam from time to time. As a power user you can be sure that when I pick up the phone and call for help the problem is byzantine in its reach and impact on my system. Mike brings a well organized and, most importantly, patient approach to unravelling the problem. Whether you're a newbie or and old hand who's painted him/herself into a corner.

Mike came over to help me get off and running with a new computer. My old one has loads of stuff on it and it was quite a task. Mike was very efficient and got me up an running in no time. I highly recommend his services.

Michael responded to an emergency call right away, and was at my music studio the next morning at 9AM, on a SATURDAY. I needed my machine to work that day, and he delivered. He spent a good part of the morning on a complicated problem, and dealt with it calmly and effectively. His fees are very reasonable, and he brings a great deal of resources and expertise to your site. Highly recommended!

Beyond Satisifed

After spending hours on the phone with tech. support, thank goodness I found Mike. He was responsive to my request for HELP(!!!), coming to my house on the day of my call. He is an extremely patient man and speaks in a language that I could understand. He repaired my problem and offered me sound advice for the future, specifically the polte reminder of the importance of backign up filed. It wasn't exactly how we both thought we'd be spending a Friday night, but his pleasant personality made what could have be a painful experience intoa pleasant one. I would recommend Mike without hesitation.
