Mike is incredibly helpful - very patient and very thorough. He is available on short notice in emergencies, and for planned service calls. I have never had a better consultant assist me with my computer hardware, software and networking issues. I recommend him very highly!

Don't Let it Happen To You

I committed the ultimate no no. All my work as an independent consultant was on my lap top with no external back up. The lap top died suddenly while I was away on business. Michael was fast, calm and was able to save all my critical data before my hard drive crashed for good. I don't know where I'd be without his prompt action.
